Returns and Exchanges
We ultimately hope that you love your items. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are encouraged to return your items within 14 days of the date the order has been confirmed as delivered. To start your return, email us to get assistance on processing a return.
POLICY: You have 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery to return any items unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. This includes any scuffs, tears and snags. All garments must be in their original packaging with manufacturer tags attached. Items marked Final Sale are considered final, a return will not be accepted on these items.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without the original manufacturer tags attached will not be accepted. Any returns marked Final Sale will not be accepted.
At this time, Merit and Mercy, LLC cannot refund international shipping costs in the event an item needs to be returned or exchanged. For a full refund on the original purchase price, returns must be approved within 14 days from the date the order has been confirmed as delivered and received in our facility within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Merit and Mercy, LLC will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to the facility. It is advised to use a reputable tracked service and maintain records of the proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your return has been received and a refund has been processed.
We are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time, however If you are interested in exchanges, please feel free to contact customer service so that we may assist you.
PROCESSING A RETURN
Please allow 5 – 7 business days for returns to be processed once they reach our facility. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment and can take up to seven business days for your financial institution to reflect payment on your account.
